What Our Families Say

Ashley has booked several trips for my family including Walt Disney World, Las Vegas, and a Royal Caribbean cruise. This lady knows her stuff and will make planning your vacation a breeze. She gives expert advice from personal experience and makes sure everything is in order for a perfect getaway. There's no one else I'd trust to book my vacations. 11/10 recommend.

We had the best trip thanks to Stephanie Cieniewicz!

Michele was amazing! We were so pleased with all of her help and knowledge when booking our Disney cruise. And if she didn’t know the answer she found out within minutes! We had the absolute best trip and can’t thank Michele enough!
Brooke Porter
Madison did a fantastic job helping us plan our first Disney trip! She was knowledgeable & helpful through the entire process.
Debra Kessinger
My High School Senior Girl Scout Trip wanted to plan an overnight to Disney on a fixed budget. This task seemed unobtainable until we called Lynn. Lynn was able to grant this wish and helped the girls plan a wonderful visit to Magic Kingdom with an overnight at the Orleans Riverside hotel and then a fun filled day at Disney Springs complete with airport transports. Lynn also suggested food options and sites to visit in Disney Springs. The magic the girls experienced as their last trip together was amazing and we would all contact Lynn again when Disney is in our plans. I can not thank you enough.

We used Liz for our first family Disney trip in 2026. Couldn’t recommend her enough, communication was excellent no matter what time of the day it was and was very informative. We can’t wait to plan another trip in the near future!

On short notice, Stephanie was able to get me a hotel at Disneyland Paris Newport Bay with ALL of the exact amenities I wanted. I told her my budget and my specific requests and she made it happen. She prepared me with all the documents I needed for check-in. Logged me into my Disney app and set my account up. Thank you Stephanie and When You Wish Travel!

Madison made this quite literally the easiest trip I’ve ever booked. I asked 1,000 questions and she answered all of them with such detail and knowledge. It made the whole booking process so comfortable for me and took away all of the anxiety that comes with vacation. She was always 2 steps ahead of me, offering advice and tips that would add convenience to our trip. Booking with Madison was an easy choice and a choice that I will no doubt be making again. 10/10 would recommend!

My travel agent made my trip completely stress-free! Every detail was handled perfectly . from the flights to the hotel and even fun activities. They listened to what I wanted, found amazing deals, and stayed in touch the whole time. I highly recommend using them if you want a smooth, enjoyable travel experience!

We had the absolute BEST experience working with our travel agent for our trip to Walt Disney World! From the very beginning, she made the planning process smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. What truly set her apart was her expertise and real-time support. Navigating Lightning Lanes can be overwhelming, but she walked us through every step and quickly troubleshooted any issues that came up. When we had challenges connecting friends’ accounts in the My Disney Experience app, she handled it efficiently and made sure everything was linked properly so we could plan together without missing a beat. Even while we were at the park, she was available with real-time suggestions and guidance. Whether it was adjusting plans, recommending the best next ride, or helping us pivot when lines shifted, her support made a huge difference in maximizing our time and enjoyment. Thanks to her knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine care, our Walt Disney World trip was magical from start to finish. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a seamless, expertly planned Disney vacation!
