1900 Park Fare (Table Service)
The newly reopened 1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort offers an updated character dining experience alongside some familiar elements. The restaurant reopened in April 2024 after a long hiatus, bringing back its famous buffet for both breakfast and dinner.
At breakfast, you’ll find sweet and savory favorites such as bread pudding with vanilla crème anglaise, smoked salmon, and their popular Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup. Dinner options include dishes like Tiana’s Gumbo, carved prime rib, and porchetta with hunter’s sauce. Desserts range from almond cakes to lemon-blueberry cheesecake.
The character line-up has also been refreshed. This character group focuses on the theme of “wishes,” adding a touch of magic to the experience.
The dining space has been modernized with updated décor, including murals and carousel-themed artwork. Be sure to keep an eye out for Big Bertha, the antique organ that remains a beloved part of the restaurant’s charm.
